Suffolk Probate and Family Court has opened a satellite office at the Chelsea District Court, located at 120 Broadway, Chelsea, MA 02150. This satellite office will commence operations on Tuesday, May 14th, 2024.
The Chelsea Satellite office will offer all registry services available at our Boston office. This includes accepting filings for new matters, collecting fees, and facilitating administrative reviews of Estates by a Clerk Magistrate.
The Chelsea Satellite office will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Accessible by public transportation, the office also offers street parking and nearby parking garage facilities.
Please note: No court hearings will be conducted at the Chelsea location.
